Truly Anti Aging Natural Skin Care
As people begin to see lines appearing on their face, their first instinct is to find the anti aging skin care, lotions, serums, toners, and potions available. This is a massive industry that pays celebrities incredible amounts of money to tell you why you need to use these products if you want to stay looking young (the fact that all of their lines are airbrushed away is beside the point.)
But what ingredients do these products contain? Have a look. Do you even know what you are spreading on your skin? You wouldn’t want to eat toxic skin care ingredients…so why rub it on your skin?
You may not realize it, but whatever you put on your skin ends up inside your body exactly the same as what you put in your mouth. Imagine how exhausted your liver must be if it has to process a concoction of toxic skin care ingredients every time you wash your hair, moisturize your face, put lotion on your body…etc. It may never get a rest.
Cosmetic companies are using chemicals that are known to cause cancer and birth defects, and there are no regulations in place to control the amount of toxins that are entering our bodies. There is no anti aging product liability. Personal care products do not need approval in the way that food does (not that this is saying much considering the state of our food) before being marketed, and these toxic skin care ingredients could be flowing through your body right now.

I have a friend who tells me how her special product range that is full of long incomprehensible chemical ingredients has softened her skin and tightened it and how much better it looks…
Perhaps these toxic chemicals might help some people’s skin look well in the short term (I am not going to argue). However, the fact remains that anything which makes the liver work overtime is stress on the body IS ultimately ageing in the long term.
And think of all the lovely natural anti aging beauty products in nature that make us look young and beautiful. Why are we made to feel that these man made chemicals are more beautifying than what the earth provides? We know (or at least most of us do) that fruits, vegetables, and other natural foods are far more nourishing for our bodies than processed foods. Why should it be any different when it comes to our skin, every ingredient we need for gorgeous, radiant, young looking skin can be found in nature.
And how lucky are we these days to be blessed with so many anti aging skin care products that are organic and wild. There are endless brands to try out that have combined the best from Mother Earth to heal our skin and give us that youthful glow without the use of toxic skin care ingredients.
