Sugar is Harmful to Your Health!
By now, I think most of us know that sugar is a highly toxic substance…I thought. However, so many people still believe that it is impossible to live without it. Just yesterday I went to see a client who is overweight and on many different drugs. I found using muscle testing (kinesiology) that one of the foundations to her ill health is sugar.
She was in absolute disbelief when I told her that I never eat sugar. She simply could not fathom a life without it. She kept saying how extreme I am, and how everyone eats loads of sugar. It simply is not possible to live your life without it.
I say that it is simply not possible to live a happy life when you are addicted to sugar…as this woman and so many others clearly are. Sugar is so toxic and does an absolute number to our bodies.
The key to going sugar free is to have plenty of alternatives (click here to view some of them.) My raw chocolate and favorite chocolate cake (which I just had a very large piece of) that I have talked about on this site are good ways to come off the sugar without feeling any longing for chocolaty treats.

So what are Some of the Imbalances that Sugar Causes?
· It seriously suppresses the immune system, making us weak, tired, and susceptible to infections and serious illness.
· It steals vital nutrients and disrupts our body’s mineral balance.
· It can be a major cause of anxiety and depression, as in the case of my client. This is surely reason enough to give up!
· I t is at the root of hyperactivity and the inability to concentrate.
· It causes high cholesterol
· It can make you tired and lacking in energy, sometimes even causes chronic fatigue.
· Sugar is one of the main contributors to imbalanced blood sugar levels, causing hypoglycemia and diabetes.
· It causes kidney damage.
· Sugar can increase the risk of heart disease and cardiovascular issues.
· It rots your teeth (even the most sugar addicted won’t deny that one!
· It causes a whole range of glandular and hormonal issues.
· Sugar does not help you to defy age naturally! It speeds up the aging process, causing wrinkles and grey hair.
· It causes people to gain weight and to become obese.
· Sugar can contribute to osteoporosis since it depletes magnesium and calcium.
· It can cause severe allergies like eczema.
· Sugar can cause headaches, including migraines.
· It can keep us from thinking clearly. Do not sprinkle sugar on your breakfast cereal, use chopped fruit instead.
